RSI Concepts, a leading IT solutions company based in the United Arab Emirates, has installed their Interactive Kiosk Machines for the My Club customer loyalty program launched by Carrefour. The loyalty program is launched in all Carrefour Market and Hypermarket branches across UAE.
The loyalty program requires customers to activate their ‘free-to-get’ loyalty cards at the provided registration kiosks. These cards can be collected at any cash counter or customer service desk. The visitors key in their registration numbers and fill a complete membership form available on My Club website which is accessed through the Wi-Fi and 3G features provided on the kiosk machines.
Speaking about this latest implementation, Muhammad Iqbal, Technical Manager of RSI Concepts said:
“The main requirement of Carrefour was to provide quick and hassle free registration to the large number of customers who frequent Carrefour throughout the day. RSI Concepts provided a model that included an embedded keyboard and track ball empowered with high speed 3G modem to quicken the registration and activation process. RSI Concepts has lived up to the trust placed in us by Carrefour in our interactive kiosk solutions which is evident by the smooth launch and running of the loyalty program since its inception couple of weeks back.”
The My Club loyalty program campaign was initially launched as a pilot program in the month of November 2011 in Carrefour Hypermarkets in Mirdif City Center Dubai & Century Mall Dubai and Carrefour Market in Fardan Center Sharjah. RSI Concepts was chosen after a tendering process which included first supplying for the pilot program and then for all over UAE implementation after successful implementation of the pilot program.
