No other city anywhere in east or west can match the level of public safety and security that Dubai offers to its residence, visitors and tourists. This is due to persistent efforts of the Dubai Police leadership, the Dubai government and the professionalism of the police force. Recently the Dubai Police requested digital agencies like RSI Concepts to submit their proposals for interactive self-service digital signage kiosks for one of their main customer service center with the aim to offer a variety of services via self-service mode. The newly designed service center required a modernized digital signage which not only serve best but also looks integrated within the interior of the customer service center. That is why the Dubai Police wanted to deploy a new interactive digital signage. In order to maximize the usability the signage was required to have double-sided displays. This will allow the service center to accommodate two customers/visitors at the same time using a single digital signage which will literally double their capacity to serve. The interactive digital signage is designed to host a larger display where multimedia content can be played as well and due to its size a lot of display real estate is available to build intuitive user interface which enhances user experience and simplify the customer journey.
RSI Concepts was also given opportunity to submit their bid. Thanks to our experience team and highly competent engineering department, we have proposed an ideal design which not only meets all the functional requirements but also aligns with the aesthetics of the surrounding interior elements. We use highly-efficient industrial grade displays and computing modules, which enable the signage to run 24/7 without any delay and ensure the customers can avail the service whenever they want. The superior network and connectivity features allow the Dubai Police to integrate it with their internal system and ensures a flawless operation. The touch screen is highly sensitive and protected with additional protective layers which ensures a longer lifecycle. These digital signage kiosks can significantly enhance customer experience and ensure higher satisfaction.
