The unique and new thing in this system was the introduction of a QR code-based mechanism. Each DAMAC property was tagged with a unique QR code, which is pasted on a very prominent place. The tenant/customer and visitors can scan those QR codes with their smartphones and do the survey within a few taps or they can do the survey from the interactive devices also, which are installed on each property. The system will monitor and update the admin panel in real-time, and whenever negative feedback is submitted, the system notified the concerned staff immediately along with that, an SMS and Email will be sent to the customer as well. Later the staff can rectify the problem and notify the customer accordingly. This feature builds a sense of connectivity and the customer/visitors will also feel comfortable by knowing that they are important and DAMAC is taking their valuable feedbacks very seriously.

The system is very flexible and completely customized to fulfil the needs of the DAMAC. Above all our system provides provisions of customizing the surveys for each property and a very deep statistical analysis mechanism which no one else is providing. This was the reason DAMAC selected us over so many other vendors.

The kiosks we built for the Virgin Megastore was designed to serve on various locations within the store. The customer can give their feedback about their experience in the mall.The kiosk itself is very sleek and user-friendly – and it can be easily moved across the premises. From the technical point of view the customer feedback kiosk can have an iPad running the survey application or any other application in it to serve the purpose. Basically it is a general purpose kiosk and can be used for multiple purposes.

RSI Concepts did the custom branding for The Virgin Megamall Customer Feedback System. The kiosk can be reused and rebranded for various other projects, if needed. The project was led by our Sales and Marketing manager, Ms. MaheenWaheed. Here is what she said when I asked her about this project:

We did the branding and production relatively quickly, thanks to the both teams. Broccoli Pizza and Pasta are a successful and growing company started in 2011 as a self-regulating Italian restaurant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They are specialized to in pizzas, pastas, lasagna, soups and salads. Original Italian Pizza is one of the signature items on the menu. Broccoli plans to expand to 300 locations across the Middle East and North Africa, Asia and Europe. As a brand Broccoli continues and promises to become the leading pizza franchises all over the world.

In order to achieve their long term goals, the company strives to improve and provide better quality to its customers. Feedback from customers is binding to the progress of any business and Broccoli has recently purchased a customer feedback system along with digital signage to promote business and get customers feedback.

Such a Customer Feedback System can capture customer experience response by answering some basic questions about the products and services offered – in this case, the feedback regarding the menu items, food quality, ambience and other related information. On the bases of the feedback provided by customers, the management may take the necessary steps required for improvement or otherwise. In order to get a better understanding of the customer, the customer feed system helps the Restaurants owners. The ones want to be winners – they have to go out of their way to provide exceptional service, quality of food and positive experiences which increases customer loyalty and Customer Feedback.

Digital Signage was another aspect of this project where Broccoli conveyed branding through the devices. A fresh and vibrant design of the device with meaningful branding helps the customer to understand the reason for the devices and attracts the customers to adopt the survey. The device has two different areas to show the signage – One on the top of the device where the customer gets attracted quickly with information regarding what the kiosk is for and second the company branding on the device itself to give the kiosk a look and feel as required by the brand and the ambience.

Such a kiosk is used in restaurants can have another functionality of showing new promotions and dishes other the customer feedback. Before attempting the survey the idle screen can promote such offers and new menu items.

RSI Concepts – as a pilot project has provided Digital Signage and Customer Feedback System to 5 different branches of Broccoli Pizza and Pasta.
