Description
 :
The comprehensive plan of the region and cities of the Emirate of Sharjah are prepared and maintained by this directorate. RSI QMS is very helpful to ease the customer traffic and route it to the appropriate representatives. It's a complete Queue System with customized modules and add-ons as required by the directorate.

Description :

CMA CGM is the World's Third Largest Container Shipping Company and has become a global carrier and operates on all the world's oceans.CMA CGM's mission is to become one of the worldwide leading container shipping groups offering its customers top quality, door-to-door solutions and increasingly comprehensive global coverage. As a result there are large number of population interactive with them on daily basis globally for different kind of services. CMA CGM was looking for a very simple and easy to use system which can most importantly handle the huge traffic which is spotted at their Delivery order office at the Dubai Port and Customs. Approximately 1,500 customer visits the location for different services in a span of less than 8 hours.RSI Queue has been implemented there with the most advanced reporting features to calculate the work load on a regular basis enhance giving room to improve the services . RSI Queue Management System consists of such system components that can easily be integrated to the internal shipping application to keep a track of the visits received from the permanent customers and so on.


Sharjah Aviation Services

Description :


Sharjah Aviation Services is a ground handling company owned by Sharjah Airport Authority and Air Arabia, the first low cost airline in the Middle East and North Africa, who hub at Sharjah. With over 1,500 highly competent staff and a GSE fleet of more than 200 specialized vehicles and equipment, every year Sharjah aviation staff faces the task of handling more than 5 million passengers and 600,000 tonnes of freight for over 100 airline customers. Since the organization receives more than 10,000 customer on daily basis , they realized that a smart and high end customer flow management system was required to streamline the high traffic of visitors.

Why RSI Queue Management System was chosen as the right product to meet the business needs? Because RSI Queue has been customized to work independently in two different departments that are import and export , yet with a common storage database. The system provides two different views that is first one for each department employees giving an impression that independent systems are running by just showing them the information relating to their department and the second view to the top management of a complete unified system.


Abu Dhabi University


Description :
With over 5,000 students studying from 45 different nationalities , Abu Dhabi university is one of the largest Educational institution in the emirates. The process of getting an admission to the university starts from the students visiting the admission department. The Admissions & Registration Office at The University of Abu Dhabi is dedicated to the principle of quality service through the efficient application of administrative and academic policies and procedures. The office performs the essential roles of supporting, facilitating, and promoting the academic mission of the University by connecting students to the faculty, curriculum, and classroom through a range of services from admission to first enrollment to graduation.  Due to this , the department receives a large amount of traffic of people visiting them on regularly basis.

The department is categorized into two different sections , that is male and female  . This required the need of a queue management solution which can produce two different and independent views and controls for the supervisors of each section and yet through a common system which the management can govern and monitor . Departmentalization being one of the key feature provided by RSI Queue , it was found suitable for the scenario was chosen for the implementation in the Admissions Department.

RSI Queue was implemented to support a setup of more than 25 counters with the most advance display and signage screens at the counters , Lounges and all other areas communicating the queuing information to the visitors along with high and rich marketing collateral of the university in the form of videos. The system is also customized to support advances features such as intimating the agents if they are not on seat and a visitor takes a ticket , Sending SMS notifications end of the day to the supervisors about the cumulative queuing information of the day to keep them posted about the number of people visited and so on.


Dubai Health Authority

 :
Dubai Health Authority has opened a new medical center at Al Quoz Mall for providing better services to the inhabitants living in Al Quoz and other nearby locations and have signed up with RSI Concepts for the implementation of RSI QMS at this medical center.
 A Fully featured version of RSI QMS has been setup which consists of floor mounted ticket dispensing units with touch screens , a combination of LCD and LED screens to give the best display view to the customers and an advance sound system. The most important challenge to face was to implement the system within the extremely short deadline. Since RSI Concepts has a local manufacturing unit , the team successfully installed , implemented and launched the complete system in an expeditious manner within the time period instructed by DHA officials.


Dubal Aluminum


Description :

Entirely state-owned, DUBAL was established in 1979 to aid the diversification of the UAE economy by adding value to the country's oil-rich mineral resources. Dubal, widely regarded as the industrial flagship of the UAE and one of the largest non-oil contributors to Dubai's economy, proudly celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2009.

Dubal has one of the largest manufacturing plant in the region which makes the intakes of raw material very high as well , as a result of which large warehouses are being maintained by the organization . The warehouses function 24/7 , 365 days a year receiving two kinds of visitors . One who has to receive material and others who has to return the material taken from the warehouse. This creates a huge load on the warehouse section and requires proper handling of the customers with a main aim of providing the best and quickest service possible to each visitor as each one of them are directly or indirectly linked to the manufacturing plants.

RSI Queue was chosen to be installed to manage the high load conditions and stream line the visitor flow from all aspects and also contributing towards the better processing of the system . A fully blown version of RSI Queue has been implemented with a number of LED and LCD screens , smart and sleek ticket dispensing units , rich digital signage solution for managing content and lastly and most important and challenging job of integration with SAP ERP which is used by Dubal .
