RSI Concepts wins a global tender for implementing RSI Queue Management System at Ministry of Higher Education, Abu Dhabi. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is a government ministry based in the Capital city of the country. The ministry is responsible for providing different kinds of services to the students varying from scholarships, attestations of degrees and others.

The ministry chose the RSI QMS after extensive testing and due to the short falls of their previous solution. Their new system boasts a sleek Touch Screen Kiosk instead of the old button based system and extensive graphical reporting replacing the previous reports which were not up to the mark. This Kiosk will enhance the look of their interior and tie it in with their corporate image.
