Majid Al Futtaim Retail is recognized as one of the most active shopping concept developers throughout the region specially in the UAE. The group first introduced the hypermarket model to the Middle East in 1995. Majid Al Futtaim Retail manages Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarkets, a joint venture company with the world’s second largest retailer Carrefour. In the last 3 years, Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarket has opened 14 new Stores.  In the expansion of Carrefour across the region currently there are 37 hypermarkets in the Middle East.

MAF Carrefour has recently launched a customer loyalty program named MyClub for its valued customers. This campaign is currently running as a pilot program in 3 of its stores in Century Mall Dubai, Mirdif City Centre Dubai and Al Fardan Centre Sharjah.

This campaign required the use of an interactive kiosks machine for their internal web application at each branch. The purpose of this machine would be to allow users to register their loyalty cards in the store. This required the self-service kiosks to have a built-in keyboard and mouse, a 3G modem and WiFi support. RSI Concepts won the project due to the flexibility of its Interactive kiosks to adapt to the campaign requirements.

The campaign is successfully running in the selected stores since the 13th of November 2011 and is attracting registrations in large numbers.
